2007年　ニームという小さな南仏の街で私たちは出会い

あれから１３年の時が過ぎ

出会ったころから決めていたこと

レストランオープンを２０２０年３月３日にしました

ひとつひとつに深い味わいを与えてくれた

南仏のエッセンスを散りばめ

Green with plenty of sunshine

Southern France, where I trained, was a city full of nature.

In 2007, we met in a small town in the south of France called Nimes.

13 years have passed since then

What I decided from the time we met

The restaurant opened on March 3rd, 2020.

It gave each one a deep flavor.

Infused with the essence of Southern France
